I’ve received an email from Leasowe Community Homes, confirming that a meeting will be held for people concerned about the plan for houses on the land at Drake Road.  It takes place at the Millennium Centre on Monday 3 November, 6-8pm. 

There is a real need for larger homes on the estate and LCH is planning to build new property to meet this demand but I am not convinced that the plan for Drake Road is appropriate and I also believe that people living nearby should have been consulted beforehand; I’ll take that up at the next LCH board meeting.  You can see the plans for yourself, here
